Every pair begins with a conversation. There is no stock. No shelf. Only the dialogue between artisan and client, and the work that emerges from it.

Our artisans work from standard lasts, refined through rigorous training. The made-to-order element lies in the personalisation: the client selects from a range of materials, colours, and finishes, and the artisan crafts the pair to those specifications.
This is not bespoke in the made-to-measure sense. It is collaborative design within a disciplined framework — the artisan's expertise guiding the client's choices toward a coherent, wearable result.
The process
1. Inquiry
You contact the artisan. You share your preferences: style, material, colour, timeline.
2. Consultation
Design discussion. Material and colour selection. Sizing confirmed from standard lasts.
3. Confirmation
Specifications agreed. Deposit taken.
4. Construction
6–10 weeks of focused handwork. Updates available.
5. Delivery
Final pair presented. Care instructions. A pair shaped by your choices and their hand.
